Old City Jail, Charleston, SC

I would like to nominate the Old City Jail (http://www.nps.gov/nr/travel/charleston/old.htm) in Charleston, SC. Not only is this 1802 stone building rich in history, but it also houses the American College of the Building Arts (http://www.buildingartscollege.us/). This school is dedicated to the art & skills of working stone, plaster, iron, and wood essential to restoration projects. I had the privilege of visiting this institution last spring during an open house. I was quite pleased to see the quality of instructors and student projects. It fit my own interests as an amateur woodworker and tool collector trying to preserve the tools and techniques of days gone bye. Even if the Old Jail is not selected for the Sub-Zero project you might consider running a story on the school in a future issue.
