keeping taliesin alive.....
Upon moving to the midwest a year and a half ago I found myself searching for a home in the spirit of Frank Lloyd Wright. I found myself lucky to purchase an amazing home by Madison Architect William Kaeser. It became so clear to me the design of our home was so inspired by the amazing ever changing estate and original school of Frank Lloyd Wright, Taliesin. His home captures his genius through changes he made throughout his life. His career and home have inspired so many other amazing architects work and must be preserved. My first visit to the home was such an emotional one as a student of design it was so inspiring, as a homeowner of an amazing architect I could see all the references, and lastly the emotions went to sadness at the amount of restoration that still needs to be completed to keep this amazing structure standing. Falling Water went thru an amazing restoration... now it is time to fund the restoration of his original estate and keep it alive for years to come to continue to inspire design and architecture.
