Fort Bragg Eagles Hall
The Eagles Hall was built in 1914 by the local Finish Community. At that time it was known as Conrad Hall. It was used as a meeting hall and a theater. One of the outstanding features of the Hall is the solid Madrone floor in the main room. It is the largest building of its kind left in Fort Bragg. About 1960 the Local Eagles Lodge purchased the building. We still own the Hall and use it for Eagles meetings and functopions, as well as rent it out. Today it as used by local theater groups, for dances, concerts, wedding receptions, etc. Gloriana Theater Co. again this year will be putting on 3 events including their children's play. Our goal is to preserve the hall and keep it viable and available to our community. If we were to win, the money would be used to help restore and maintain the Hall.
