2712 Moutian Drive is a typical Californian house with pool hosted on Moutain Drive, face to sea. I've tried to use lego parts in a different way as Lego can do in his official sets. About the house, it's build on 4 different levels : A basement (play room for kids, garage for cars and a small appartement for friends) ground floor with kitchen, diner room and lounge open on a wood deck terrace around the pool, first flloor with bathrooms and bedroom also with terrace with a view on the sea and the RedBox the roof, personnal office with a terrace with glass railings to keep a perfect view on the sea Materials : coating concrete on vertical wall, polished concrete on horizontal interiior area and disabled concret outdoor. Wood deck around the pool and rusted stell for the RedBox on the roof. The pool is really filed with water. (I've also enter this construction for the contest but as I'm likely to worry I prefer host my house a second time to be sure you'll have it. please confirm this entry at lego13@free.fr
